Correct posture and precautions
Please rest for at least 15 minutes before taking the measurement and keep it relaxed and quiet.
1. Insert the left arm into the cuff with the cuff air tube facing the inside of the palm.
2. If wearing left hand:
When wearing, the triangle mark should be in the middle of the arm, and the mark position should be 10mm-20mm away from the elbow. The mark of the air tube should be on the extension line of the middle finger.
If wearing the right hand:
When the cuff is wrapped around the right arm, place the cuff air tube on the inside of the body, and be careful not to press the air tube on the elbow.
3. When measuring, keep your body straight and relax, keep quiet, do not move your body or talk
