<7-Day Product exchange policy >
If product quality does not conform to production standards, the following procedures must be completed within 7 days after receipt the products.
1. Bring your products (show valid invoices and receipts) to the official maintenance department for inspection and receive an inspection report to confirm that the quality of the goods does not meet production Manufacturer standards and there is no human damage.
2. After receiving the inspection report from the maintenance department, submit the inspection report with the order number to HKTVMALL CS, and the merchant will arrange exchange the products through HKTVMALL CS.
** The Instructions for products replacement:
- Valid invoice, inspection report and receipt must be present.
- Replacement items must be return with complete packaging, accessories, instructions, and an unfilled warranty card.
- Replacement items must be returned without any damage caused by misuse, misapplication of electricity, malicious acts, negligence, inflow of any liquid or dirt, accident, natural calamities, or physical force damage. (Shown in inspection report)
- Cannot be replacement when the products had been register online for the warranty.
When the 7-day product replacement guarantee expires and the product is within the manufacturer's warranty period, the customer also enjoys the warranty provided by the agent and can return the product to the manufacturer/agent for repair.
The Basic Installation Include: U-shaped white aluminum frame installation, sealed with original glass, sealed with glass glue, 5 ft Water hose, dismantled old window air conditioner
If there is an extra charge for the installation, will be quote on the spot
Delivery is made to places in Hong Kong city area for free . However, if the destination is in somewhere far from the city area, such as Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Ma Wan etc, we will charge additionally.
Stanley, Deep Water Bay, Repulse bay, Tai Tam and Sai Kung will arrange Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Sunny Bay will delivery on each Friday. (Not included Public Holidays) Additional delivery charge for remote areas (i.e. Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Sunny Bay etc.).
Discovery Bay for additional charge for $200, Sunny Bay, Ma Wan & Tung Chung for additional charge for $50.
The above fees exclude the upstairs service charge & Installation.
If an item to be delivered cannot fit in a lift or be transported by the lift, or no lift is available for goods delivery, extra service fee will be charged for $80per each floor.(** 4-14 steps will count in 1 floor,14-28 steps will count in 2 floor, etc.)
